Thanks for your interest in our products. Here you will find information about how we work in regards to pricing, ordering, paying, shipping and returns.
First Order customers: Sign up to gain access to wholesale pricing. You will be able to browse the catalogue, place an order and checkout with a NETT 30 (pay later) facility. No payment is required as we will add the freight and send to you a proforma invoice by email for pre-payment along with our T&C's. You will be able to make changes should you wish and confirm your first order.
Returning customers: Sign in to gain access to wholesale pricing. You will be able to browse the catalogue, place an order and checkout with a NETT 30 (30 day account) facility. No payment is required as we will add the freight and send the invoice with the goods. You are good to go!
International customers: Sign up as a First Order customer. We will contact you to discuss shipping options. You will be able to make changes should you wish and confirm your first order.
Product Price and Tax
Prices on our website includes a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). International customers do not have to pay the GST, we will remove the tax from your invoice and resend it.
MOQ: Some of our products have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). This will show next to the quantity to be selected -- on the product page.
Minimum Order Amount. Minimum order amount is $150 (or $300 of retail value) -- as shown in your shopping cart. However, if you need a smaller top up on a particular item or have a special need, contact us and we will be happy to help.
Shipping & Handling (Freight)
Prices do not include shipping. It is calculated according the volume of your total order OR weight, whichever is "comparatively heavier". We use TNT to deliver larger boxes as its more economical. Smaller items and satchels by Australia Post.
If a product is not available, you will see an Out of Stock message. Please contact us if you would like to backorder any items -- as we'd like to get them to you.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - preferred.
Credit cards (3% bank fee), PayPal (3.5% PayPal fee).
Bulk order (30+) of any one item may require a special order. Please contact us so we can let you know of our stock levels as each item is different. As Fair Trade items are handmade and artisan produce on order, lead time usually is 2-3 months.
We have access to some of the world's most talented artisans. Through our team of designers we can create entirely custom products for you and your brand --including logo and branding themes on most of our products. Lead time usually is 3-4 months, but worth it. Please contact us for further information.
Region / Territory and Exclusivity
Whilst we do not offer exclusivity, we will work with our customers to ensure product crossover in any region / area, doesn't create problems.
Retailer Support and Product Images
Artisan Stories: Artisan and artform stories are available. Fact sheets, product overviews, artisan impacts. Share the knowledge.
Product Images: We can supply you with images to use when selling or promoting our products. They come in a variety of sizes and you will need to resize them to suit your particular need. Some images we use, we have permission to use, but don't own the copyright. Please check in with us if you are unsure.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have a problem with any of our products, let us know within 14 days of receipt of goods and we will sort it out by replacement or credit.
