The Order Process:
Once your order is placed, we will contact you via email to keep you up to date with your order as its processed within our system. Orders will be shipped within three days but usually the next working day.
Payment Methods:
Credit Card - we accept payment via MasterCard, VISA, or American Express. Our system is fully encrypted.
Shipping Methods:
We send orders by Australia Post. We are unable to trace items sent unless the package is via registered post. If you required registered post, please indicate in the comments of your order section. Extra fees apply for registered post.
Shipping time is dependent on Australia Post. We ship from Perth, Western Australia. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee goods to arrive at a particular time as it is all dependent on Australia Post and their delivery systems.
Returns:
If the goods arrive and are defect or faulty, please let us know to arrange an exchange.
