Fair Go Trading Shipping Methods and Returns Information
Shipping: If the order is received by 12.00 noon, Pacific Standard Time or by 2.00pm, Eastern Standard Time, ordered goods usually ship within 48 hours, subject to stock availability. We close on Mondays, so shipping is undertaken on Tues - Friday. You will be receive notification when the goods ship, or if there are any availability issues. Fair Go Trading reserves the right to substitute equivalent shipping methods or products as appropriate.
Australia Post: Regular Australian Post or Express Post is available. Shipping is at your risk, and the service is untraceable.
Pickup: for Perth customers, pickup is available for orders at our shop located at 197 Brisbane St Perth, near the corner of Lake, opposite the Hotel Northbridge.
Warranty and Returns Information: All consumable goods (e.g. coffee, chocolate, snacks) are sent in unopened and perfect condition. We cannnot exchange consumable goods unless the defect is a manufactured one, where we will gladly refund or exchange the goods upon return. All crafts and other related products can be returned for a store credit if returned in good condition and within 14 days of purchase. Please email or call prior to returning goods for a return approval.
